Placing an order
Simply select the items you require and add them to the shopping cart using the buttons provided on the item page. Once you have finished shopping select “checkout” and follow the instructions on screen.
IMPORTANT: You must chose “Return To Merchant” after making your Paypal payment in order to complete the transaction!
Payments Options
Payments can be made from your Paypal account or via credit / debit cards. The following cards are accepted.
Payment is taken on completing the checkout process. If for whatever reason, items are on your order are no longer available or are likely to take longer then the expected delivery time (stated on each product page as “availability”), we will call you to discuss the issue and you will be refunded should you wish to cancel the order.
Shipping charges
All shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process. You may be given more than method of shipping with varying costs. Simply select the method that suits you best and proceed through the checkout.
Delivery times
Each product page has an “availability” tag. This will give an indication as to the usual status of the item you require.
We aim to ship your item(s) within 24 hours of the order being placed. Where items are not in stock, we will aim to ship within 24 hours of them arriving from our suppliers.
Where your order has more than 1 item(s) with different status’ (e.g. some items in stock and some on special order) we will hold your order for up to 7 working days while we wait for your non-stocked items to arrive. If they have not arrived within 7 working days (or we know it will not be ready within 7 days) then we will post items separately at no extra cost to ensure you get your items in a reasonable time.
VAT and other taxes
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Buyers outside the EC should contact us via email or phone with their order requirements so that prices can be calculated without VAT.
Returns Policy
If you have any issues with your order please call us to discuss the matter.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for your order at any time up to 7 days after your good have been delivered.
We regret that for some products cancellation is not possible once the order is in progress. Such products include but are not limited to, arrows that are cut to length, fletching of arrows, custom made bowstrings and any items modified from the manufacturers specifications on your request.
Cancellation of contracts is not possible for goods that have been installed, used, packaging defaced or are in a non re-sellable (as new) condition.
If you have items to return under manufacturer warranties or unwanted items (within 7 days) then you will need to contact us for an authorisation code. Once you have this code then you will need to package the items securely and send them back to us along with your authorisation code. NOTE: Any items returned without the proper authorisation code will not be refunded.
